· Get permit off line or at the Treatment Plant office on Dennett Road
· Fill out all applicable information on the permit form. The section beginning “Proposed plans and specifications” is intended for multiple buildings and units rather than single dwelling units and the plans referred to should accompany the application.” Click here to download application form.
· Fees: Current inspection fee of $15.00 is due when permit is dropped off at the sewer department.
Other possible fees: Special Entrance Fee of $2500.00 per unit “may” apply if building is located in an area where Betterment Fees were paid and if this lot was a back lot or did not get charged a betterment fee.

This fee (if applicable) must be paid before the permit is issued. Impact fees of $2000.00 per unit will be assessed by the Code Enforcement Office at the time the plumbing permit is obtained if it falls under the Impact Fee ordinance. This ordinance may be viewed by clicking here.
