Bellyrobics Boot Camp
If you want to learn some new moves for yourself or to show off on the dance floor, come join Gina DellaPasqua in a new class at the Kittery Rec Center. We will shimmy away extra pounds, boost your stamina and strengthen muscles with simple, easy to follow belly dance moves. No better way to get your heart rate up and work your muscles deep within. Different from the past year of Belly Dance classes at the Kittery Rec. Center, this class will be more oriented on the actual workout rather then being so focused on learning the “craft” of Belly Dance. Class will be one hour long with a quick stretch in the beginning and end. You will need comfortable clothing, a stretching mat and definitely a bottle of water. Come join Gina DellaPasqua in a fun, non-judgemental upbeat class that will get you dancing
