Town Council Codification Hearing June 28, 2010 @ 7PM

Kittery Town Council Codification Project - A final Public Hearing on the attached Ordinances will be held at 7PM on June 28, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 200 Rogers Road. The Codification of the municipal codes has been a project underway by the Town Council, Boards and Committees and the municipal staff for over a year. Following the hearing, and if the Town Council votes to ordain the ordinances, they will be forwared to the Town's Code Company for review and comment. The final changes and completion of the Municipal Code will be
