May 10, 2010 Proposed Title 16 Zoning Ordinance Final Proposed Changes for Town Council Consideration and Passage
- Title 16 Zoning has been reviewed by both the Planning Board and Town Council with hearings. The Town Council continued their review of the changes that reflect Shoreland Zoning, codification changes and Zoning Map amendments.
The below link will is to the Title 16 Zoning documents from the Ordinance Review Committee to the Town Council. The Council will again review and possibly act on the documents at their Monday May 10, 2010 Meeting at 7PM. The second link below is for the Zoning Map which has been amended to reflect the ordinance amendments.
