8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for registration renewals
8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for first time registrations.

To renew your vehicle registration you will need :
 your current mileage
an insurance ID card and
last years registration.
To register your vehicle for the first time you will need :
your current mileage
insurance ID card
a bill of sale
a title or application for title
a window sticker/monroney label (only for brand new vehicles),
if you paid sales tax, you will need a green sales tax form and proof of residency.
If you have moved to Kittery from another town in Maine you have to change your address within 10 days. You will need to bring in your
current registration and mileage
proof of residency
If you have moved to Kittery from another state you will need your:
last registration
a title if you own the vehicle
If you have a lien holder you will need to provide the:
lien holders name and address
insurance ID card
current mileage
and proof of residency.
To show proof of residency you will need something with your name and Kittery address on it, such as: a driver’s license, a piece of mail, personal checks, a utility bill, a lease agreement etc… (P.O. Boxes are not considered proof of residency).
