Original and renewal liquor license applications must be approved by the Municipal Officers of the Town of Kittery prior to submitting the application to the Department of Public Safety, Licensing and Inspection Unit, therefore please allow sufficient time for scheduling a public hearing. The Town Council meets at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday of the month, if a holiday falls on a Monday the meeting will be held on the following Wednesday. Completed application must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office in person with a $25.00 fee (please make checks
payable to the Town of Kittery) and a public hearing will be scheduled for the next Town Council meeting.
